Our Event Coordination team is here to make your celebration seamless from start to finish. We offer both full planning services leading up to your event and day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Catering Options
While we don’t offer in-house catering, The Cosmic Space proudly partners with some of the area’s best culinary professionals. Our trusted caterers specialize in a wide range of cuisines — including American, Soul Food, Latin, Caribbean, African, Indian, Barbecue, and more — ensuring your menu perfectly complements your celebration.

We offer three customizable décor packages designed to match your vision, budget, and level of involvement. Whether you prefer to take the lead or let our team handle every detail, we have an option that’s just right for you.

Room Setups
Rounds
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A 60” round table seats eight people comfortably.
Conference / Hollow Rectangles
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
A stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
